Leasing Agent

Location: Seattle Main Office, with tours across multiple North Seattle sites

Hourly pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, plus uncapped performance-based commissions.

What you will do

• Respond to prospective resident leads and conduct property tours across multiple sites.
• Create compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies.
• Manage social media campaigns and online property listings.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and close leases.
• Coordinate move-ins, follow-ups, and leasing activity across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and use performance data to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to self-manage time and priorities while multitasking across locations.
• Comfort working with data and digital tools.
• New hires must complete identity and employment eligibility verification through E-Verify and a background check after accepting an offer.

Nice to have

• Experience with AppFolio or other leasing and property-management software.
