Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Winthrop West (Property Management)

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus commissions

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with prospects, and schedule and conduct apartment tours.
• Communicate the value of the community and help prospects select their new home.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and maintain consistent sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to other hirify.global and contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Demonstrated success setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
• Strong customer service skills and a goal-driven, sales-motivated approach.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours, including weekends depending on the community and season.
• Reliable transportation and proficient spoken and written English.
