Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant (Real Estate)

Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, USA

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus competitive commissions

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with prospects, and schedule and conduct apartment tours.
• Sell the value of the community and help prospects find a suitable home.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and earn performance-based commissions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to other communities in the portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success with goal setting, achievement, and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability during office hours, including weekends and seasonal schedule changes.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Nice to have

• Florida Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain one within 6 months.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant sales.
