Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Oceanside Lantana

Salary: $18–$21 per hour plus competitive commissions

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with prospects, schedule and conduct community tours, and sell available apartment homes.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and maximize commission opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to communities across the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Flexible availability during community office hours, including weekends and seasonal schedule variations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
