Sales and Leasing Associate (Tacoma)

Location: Tacoma, Washington; in person. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with some evenings or weekends as needed.

Hourly pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus uncapped performance-based commissions.

What you will do

• Respond to prospective resident leads and conduct tours across multiple property sites.
• Create property narratives, develop marketing strategies, and manage social media campaigns and online listings.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and close lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-ins and resident follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the leasing team.
• Track performance using data and digital tools to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, self-directed approach with the ability to manage time and priorities.
• Comfort working with data, digital tools, multitasking, and multiple locations.
• Ability to work the stated Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• New hires must complete identity and employment eligibility verification through E-Verify and a background check after accepting an offer.

• Experience with AppFolio or other leasing or property-management software.
