What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent technology projects supporting Life and Annuity insurance operations, platforms, and digital capabilities.
• Manage project scope, milestones, budgets, resources, schedules, risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, Business, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Support modernization of policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims, servicing, transaction, and customer portal systems.
• Lead Agile delivery activities including backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, release planning, testing, UAT, and deployment readiness.
• Provide executive reporting and maintain operational, security, regulatory, compliance, and governance readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology project management, product ownership, business analysis, technology delivery, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Experience in Life, Annuity, Insurance, Financial Services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, system integrations, APIs, transaction-based applications, requirements management, testing, and release planning.
• Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery teams and managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Life and Annuity insurance platforms, policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims, servicing, or insurance transactions.
• PMP, CBAP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or comparable certification.
• Experience with API modernization, enterprise integration, cloud migration, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, REST APIs, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or SQL.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programs, third-party vendors, and AI-enabled delivery tools.
