TL;DR
Technical Project Manager (AI): Managing technical projects and enterprise technology initiatives with an accent on roadmaps, budgets, Agile delivery, risk tracking, and compliance. Focus on coordinating engineering, IT, business, and vendor teams, improving delivery through AI and automation, and supporting ServiceNow and ADO reporting.
Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Office: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180.
Salary: $110,500–$141,600 annually.

What you will do
- Plan and execute technical projects supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Develop roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, and project budgets.
- Coordinate technical requirements, vendor deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status updates, and leadership presentations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, business, and enabling-function teams.
- Support change management, business readiness, governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant project management experience supporting technical project teams.
- Experience coordinating engineering, IT, vendor, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, enterprise compliance, risk identification, and change control.
- Advanced knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools such as ADO, Power BI, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with Agile project delivery in a technical environment and working knowledge of other methodologies.
- Ability to translate technical updates into business-friendly reports and leadership presentations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- CAPM, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, SAFe Practitioner, ITIL, AWS, or Azure certification.
- Knowledge of systems architecture, DevOps, or cloud services.
- Experience creating ADO dashboards or delivering ServiceNow implementation and upgrade projects.
