IT Project Management Advisor - Technology M&A PMO Lead

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States

Salary: $110,500–$184,100 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead multiple Technology M&A projects, coordinating priorities, milestones, resources, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Build and maintain project plans, process documentation, templates, playbooks, lessons learned, and reusable knowledge assets.
• Partner with integration management offices to align processes, training, tools, and support across workstreams.
• Establish governance and reporting practices covering progress, risks, issues, decisions, budgets, and outcomes.
• Organize M&A content in SharePoint Online, Confluence, and similar collaboration platforms.
• Recommend process improvements and explore responsible uses of AI and automation to strengthen knowledge management and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• At least five years of project management and content or knowledge management experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience creating project plans, governance materials, status reports, process documentation, and reusable knowledge assets.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar content and collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or divestitures.
• Experience with M&A transaction terms, integration governance, and Technology integration budgets or forecasts.
• Experience leading project managers, analysts, specialists, or technical team members.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve project and content management.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in project management, Agile, or change management.
