Finance Director - Advanced Performance Materials

Location: Hybrid position based at the corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, United States.

Salary: $177,811–$277,830 annual base pay. Annual bonus target: 27%; annual stock amount: $65,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis for the Advanced Performance Materials business unit.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual segment reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with the APM President and global leadership team on business strategy and organizational development.
• Maintain financial controls and governance frameworks that ensure data integrity.
• Guide investment decisions, capital requests, and capital allocation strategy.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and develop cost-effective solutions with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience with financial systems, databases, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant status sponsorship, is not available.

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another advanced certification.
