Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite work three days per week at the U.S. headquarters in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus eligibility for a 16% annual bonus target and medium-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning for the IV-Solutions and Nutrition business units.
• Partner with business leadership through financial analysis and recommendations supporting growth, profitability, cash flow, and productivity.
• Oversee monthly management reporting, KPI analysis, variance reviews, and corporate management packages.
• Manage forecasts, annual budgets, planning guidance, timelines, and risk and opportunity assessments.
• Drive improvements to reporting and planning systems and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a finance team of approximately 3–4 direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and manage competing priorities.
• Effective spoken and written English is required for working in a heavily regulated environment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
