Director, Finance (Consumer Packaged Goods)

Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $168,700–$232,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, annual operating planning, forecasting, target-setting, and performance management for the North American Cracker category.
• Own the category’s consolidated financial dashboard, P&L, risk management, and financial and margin roadmaps across brands and platforms.
• Identify initiatives to improve gross margin, profitability, and the value of commercial investments such as marketing, trade, and promotional spending.
• Evaluate business opportunities, capital allocation decisions, strategic ventures, innovation initiatives, portfolio expansion, and brand strategy changes.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, forecasts, variance analyses, business reviews, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Integrated Business Planning, Corporate Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams to drive aligned decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, including 3–5+ years supporting revenue-generating functions through operational, commercial, or business finance.
• Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, annual operating planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and end-to-end P&L management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations and influence senior executives within a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to work onsite in Camden, New Jersey, United States.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CPA designation.
• Consumer Packaged Goods or brand finance experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale product portfolios, Integrated Business Planning, capital investments, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Experience managing teams or leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
