Manager - Financial Analysis

Location: Remote role, with a preference for candidates in the Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL area.

Salary: $99,100–$158,500 per year, with potential bonus, commission, or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage corporate finance supervisors and associates across accounting and finance functions.
• Translate corporate objectives into departmental goals, assignments, performance measures, and operating plans.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, modeling, internal controls, budgeting, and management reporting activities.
• Analyze complex accounting records, financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Improve accounting and finance processes by benchmarking practices, reviewing performance data, and implementing new workflows.
• Coach staff, evaluate performance, support development, allocate resources, and make salary recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of functional experience in corporate accounting or finance, including financial analysis, general accounting, cost accounting, tax, or financial audits.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing accounting or finance associates.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent related experience.
• Working knowledge of one or more of GAAP, FAS, domestic or international tax regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification or progress toward certification is encouraged.
• MBA or graduate-level coursework is desirable.
