Director - Finance

Location: Hybrid/in-office 3 days or more in Glendale, Wisconsin; the posting also lists Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $158,650–$206,750 annually

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and board, investor, and leadership reporting packages.
• Coordinate external reporting, investor relations, tax, and treasury activities to align management reporting with statutory results.
• Analyze pricing, customer profitability, and product profitability across orders, backlog, and revenue-growth initiatives.
• Own enterprise cash forecasting, effective tax-rate models, disclosure governance, KPI frameworks, and performance dashboards.
• Partner with commercial and functional leaders to support strategic decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team while improving processes, systems, tools, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of progressive career experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A leadership.
• Experience interacting with the CFO, CEO, Board, and executive leadership, with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Strong finance and modeling skills covering P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with financial reporting, FP&A consolidation applications, and data lake platforms.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, operations, and commercial teams, as well as leading direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred.
