Operations Internship (Manufacturing)

Location: Chestnut Hill, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $3,700–$5,700 per month depending on degree type and academic level.

What you will do

• Complete hands-on projects alongside manufacturing and packaging industry experts.
• Gain practical experience through plant tours and on-the-job learning.
• Contribute to engineering, manufacturing, process engineering, quality, safety, supply chain, commercial, or finance-related activities.
• Build business knowledge across hirify.global’s enterprise.
• Participate in networking activities with business leaders and other interns.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a concentration in engineering.
• Previous internship experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related functional area.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Technical aptitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at the Chestnut Hill, Tennessee location.
