Manufacturing Intern - Stockton 3 (Manufacturing)

Location: Stockton, California, United States; onsite manufacturing plant role

Salary: $23.52–$31.16 per hour

What you will do

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing plant areas to understand the overall production process.
• Support plant team members with production methods, machines, and manufacturing processes.
• Research new and existing projects and support major operational decisions.
• Develop proposed solutions using a continuous improvement mindset.
• Attend department meetings, collaborate across organizational levels, and act on feedback.
• Create and present an internship project and outcomes to department leadership.

Requirements

• Current junior or rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• No prior field, position, or people/project management experience required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on department goals and maintain a strong focus on safety.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across departments.

Nice to have

• Up to two years of experience in manufacturing, the position, or managing people/projects.
