Operations Graduate Program Summer 2027 Internship

Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; students must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Salary: $35.34–$41.83 per hour.

A biotechnology company researching, manufacturing, and delivering medicines across oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease.

What you will do

• Complete a 13-week internship project within the Operations function during Summer 2027.
• Solve real organizational challenges and advance core business priorities.
• Explore work across engineering, global supply chain, manufacturing, operations transformation and digital strategy, process development, and quality.
• Apply AI and continuous improvement techniques to automate processes and support proactive problem-solving.
• Participate in mentoring, coaching, senior leadership presentations, and networking engagements.
• Attend an in-person professional development and networking week at the headquarters in Thousand Oaks.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available for a full-time schedule.
• Must hold a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant discipline and be enrolled in an accredited MBA, master's, PharmD, or PhD program, having completed the first year before the internship starts.
• Must have two years of relevant experience in leadership, biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, consulting, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, networking, time-management, and project-management skills are required.
• Must be available to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028 if offered.
