What you will do

• Complete high-impact projects through cross-functional collaboration.
• Learn about manufacturing operations and supply chain department activities.
• Research new and existing projects and support decision-making.
• Identify problems, develop proposed solutions, and apply a continuous improvement mindset.
• Attend department meetings, act on feedback, and communicate across organizational levels.
• Prepare and present an internship project and outcomes presentation to department leadership.

Requirements

• Current junior or rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• 0 years of work experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Clear oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Work on site in Diamond Bar, California, United States.
