Software Engineering Senior Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead engineering teams responsible for Salesforce development, CI/CD pipelines, full-stack delivery, and automation testing.
• Manage workloads, deliverables, budgets, resourcing, and communication with leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with product owners, managers, and agile teams to design, develop, test, and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Own Salesforce change and release management, DevOps, operational readiness, production administration, and incident resolution.
• Monitor production system health and support off-hour releases when needed.
• Maintain healthcare information security controls and HIPAA compliance using NIST and HITRUST CSF frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a 3- or 4-year degree is accepted.
• At least 4 years of experience; 3 years may be accepted with the qualifying degree.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
• Experience reviewing business requirements and recommending technology solutions and architecture designs.
• Experience developing APIs, data models, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams.
• Technical experience with SQL, cloud and VM infrastructure, modern IDEs, version control systems, OAuth, Salesforce, Pega, Siebel, NIST, and HITRUST CSF.
