Manager, Full Stack Engineering

Location: Remote Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
• Design, build, modernize, debug, test, and review applications, APIs, integrations, and services.
• Work hands-on with Microsoft-based applications, Azure cloud services, Dynamics 365, and DevOps platforms.
• Establish engineering practices focused on software quality, security, performance, automation, and operational reliability.
• Drive cloud adoption, modernization, technical debt reduction, platform optimization, and preparation for enterprise migration.
• Partner with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering leaders on technical solutions and delivery priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience building and supporting enterprise applications and distributed systems.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing software engineers in a technical environment.
• Hands-on expertise with .NET/C#, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, integrations, and modern software architecture.
• Experience developing and deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, DevOps, code reviews, and legacy application modernization.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSIS, cloud transformation, DevSecOps, complex enterprise integrations, and third-party platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and code-generation technologies.
• Healthcare, payer, managed care, Medicaid, HIPAA, PHI, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Azure or Microsoft technology certifications.
