Software Engineering Leader (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives and promote continuous delivery and DevOps practices.
• Guide secure development using CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and test-driven development.
• Design and support integrations with core and digital banking systems, including OpenAPI specifications for external teams.
• Improve platform performance, observability, reliability, scalability, and operational resiliency.
• Partner with Product Owners, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and governance groups to deliver compliant financial solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management experience, including responsibility for business-critical financial systems.
• 7–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience in core banking, digital banking, lending, leasing, servicing, payments, or related financial platforms.
• Expertise in core and digital banking architecture, financial workflows, modernization, vendor integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, APIs, microservices, event-driven integration, enterprise integration patterns, SQL, data modeling, and stored procedures.
• Experience with security-by-design, identity and access management, encryption, audit logging, disaster recovery, observability, performance, and scalability in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field; Salesforce Certified Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II certifications are required.

Nice to have

• SAFe experience.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant or Integration Architecture Designer certification.
• Experience with Agile Release Train planning.
