Lead Software Engineer (Healthcare Technology)

What you will do

• Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle for complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Design, develop, enhance, test, and support applications using .NET, C#, SQL, and related technologies.
• Implement architectural and platform changes that improve scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Partner with engineering, product, business, and technical leaders to shape technology direction and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to engineers and technical associates.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including possible availability outside standard business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience and 4 years of full-lifecycle development using Agile methods.
• Strong experience with .NET, C#, and SQL, plus experience designing and supporting scalable software solutions.
• Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, Kansas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global EHR solutions or healthcare technology.
• Experience modernizing applications, platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, or automation.
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership in an Agile team.
