Manager, Software Engineering (AWS)

Location: Hybrid in Alpharetta, Georgia, with office attendance one day per week

What you will do

• Lead and grow full-stack engineering teams delivering SaaS features with .NET, Angular, React, and AWS.
• Drive execution across multiple initiatives and align engineering delivery with product goals.
• Partner with product managers to refine backlogs and prioritize work.
• Coach and mentor engineers while supporting hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure systems are secure, performant, testable, and observable.
• Participate in architecture reviews and promote scalable technical decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• At least 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally with .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of full-stack SaaS architecture, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
• Experience delivering software with cross-functional partners and leading distributed or remote-first teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• AWS or public cloud experience.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog or Application Insights.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven, or domain-driven design.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and secure development practices.
