TL;DR

Location: Auburn Plant, Auburn, Maine, United States; onsite Monday through Friday, typically starting at 7 am

Starting salary: $85,000–$122,200 annually, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

What you will do

  • Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies across tampon converting production lines.
  • Support the delivery, startup, and implementation of new equipment, initiatives, and manufacturing projects.
  • Develop and improve production standards, daily management systems, and long-term capability for lines, systems, and technicians.
  • Work with robotics, automated equipment, digital tools, technical experts, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Create learning programs and coach technicians while supporting the continuous improvement cycle and line leadership triad.
  • Participate in loss analysis, reliability assessments, Hoshin activities, and site pillar networks to improve operational performance and value creation.

Requirements

  • BS degree in engineering, operations management, or a related technical discipline, or relevant military experience.
  • 0–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Problem-solving, collaboration, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Interest in manufacturing, leadership development, Lean Manufacturing, and hands-on equipment work.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, with travel expected to be no more than 10%.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Auburn, Maine, and relocate during the career when needed; immigration sponsorship is not available.
