Manufacturing Engineer III (Semiconductor)

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop operation sequences and manufacturing processes for subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Design build and lift fixtures, improve production layouts, and implement engineering design changes.
• Coordinate product improvements and new product releases with other engineering disciplines, including preparing and managing engineering change orders.
• Investigate assembly and test issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, improve safety, quality, and reliability, and apply lean principles to reduce waste.
• Collect and evaluate operational and test data, support test fixture and process development, and assist with supplier quality activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Conceptual knowledge and technical experience for day-to-day manufacturing problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Relocation eligibility is available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with AgileE6, SAP, PTC Creo, Ansys, Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar software.
