Electrical Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site Monday through Friday at the Auburn Plant in Auburn, Maine, United States

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver electrical, facilities, construction, utilities, and warehouse automation capital projects as a mid-level individual contributor.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller projects or take ownership of larger-scale initiatives, with budgets ranging from $500K to $10 million.
• Develop front-end technical base plans, project timelines, milestones, and execution routines.
• Coordinate strategic projects with site, regional, business unit, and central project delivery stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, define resolution strategies, and provide progress updates to management and leadership.
• Support two new warehouses incorporating supply chain 4.0 technologies, automated racking, AGVs, and material-handling systems.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, an electrically related technical discipline, or relevant electrical experience, including military service.
• 0–5 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Demonstrated technical mastery and strong project management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, providing leadership, collaborating across functions, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday at the Auburn Plant.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Prior manufacturing industry experience.
• Demonstrated project management portfolio.
• CAPM, PMP, or similar project management certification.
• Local to Maine.
