Manufacturing Manager

Location: Cincinnati Chemicals Plant, United States. Onsite manufacturing role with 10–25% business travel. Willingness to relocate throughout the career is required; relocation support is available to those who qualify.

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year.

What you will do

• Lead process engineering and loss elimination initiatives to improve OEE, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop converting, web-processing, packaging, 3D modeling, and mechatronics solutions.
• Design and implement automation, control networks, robotics, industrial software, and electrical systems.
• Manage warehouse automation, utilities, facilities upgrades, and logistics projects.
• Lead capital projects typically valued at $2M or more from concept through handoff, managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Build team capability, coach colleagues, and drive HS&E, quality, and digital-solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience; internships, co-ops, research, and academic projects count.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data-interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated ability or motivation to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver results.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available; candidates must meet US work authorization requirements.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of controls, automation, robotics, industrial networks, PLCs, drives, operator interfaces, or electrical distribution systems.
• Experience in process, converting/packaging, or control systems engineering.
