Store Manager (Rittenhouse) (Retail)

Location: Rittenhouse Community Hub, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The role requires regular work on the sales floor at least four days per week and availability during Black Friday and the holiday season.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for the annual bonus program.

What you will do

• Oversee retail operations, sales performance, productivity, inventory, and back-of-house processes.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop a high-performance team of sales associates.
• Build business strategies and analyze goals, targets, KPIs, profit and loss statements, hours, and expenses.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure hirify.global brand standards are represented on the sales floor.
• Provide weekly reporting on inventory and product performance while supporting Marketing with daily financial targets.
• Lead visual merchandising efforts and innovative projects within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in retail management.
• 2+ years of experience managing high-volume retail operations.
• Proven ability to drive results and motivate teams.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Availability to work on Black Friday and throughout the defined holiday season is required.
• Ability to work at the Philadelphia Rittenhouse location and on the sales floor at least four days per week.
