TL;DR
Sr. HR Compliance Analyst (HR Compliance): Supporting enterprise HR Operations and developing compliance solutions for employment laws, policies, audits, and HR systems with an accent on multi-state regulatory analysis, Workday data, and immigration program administration. Focus on auditing I-9/E-Verify and time-tracking processes, testing HR system configurations, and translating legal requirements into scalable operational improvements.

What you will do

  • Support enterprise HR Operations and lead initiatives from planning and design through implementation and change management.
  • Analyze current and proposed employment laws, assess compliance risks, and recommend solutions for policies and HR programs.
  • Develop reporting, analytics, research workbooks, education materials, process documentation, and job aids for HR Operations.
  • Lead audits covering background checks, minor employee requirements, I-9/E-Verify, paid sick leave, wage and hour rules, and onboarding or offboarding notices.
  • Coordinate employment-based immigration programs, including visa status monitoring, case management, and green card sponsorship support.
  • Develop testing plans, support scripts, and system testing across Workday and time-tracking systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience supporting large, multi-state employee populations, ideally in policy compliance and employment law; a related four-year degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and a basic understanding of HR systems.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple high-volume tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior Workday experience.
  • International compliance experience.
