Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist - HR Compliance Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Kennesaw, Georgia, USA, with 8 days per month in the office; occasional onsite interviews may be required. Travel is less than 5%.

Salary: $71,300–$124,500 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead the development, review, maintenance, and governance of HR policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide HR compliance initiatives, monitoring activities, and standardized controls.
• Support employment-related compliance audits, investigations, and internal or external reviews.
• Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop compliance dashboards, metrics, reports, executive summaries, and government filings.
• Manage stakeholders and provide project leadership across HR functions and locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR compliance, policy administration, regulatory affairs, or a related compliance-focused role.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and government agencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
