HR Compliance Manager

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, procedures, and standards.
• Administer and implement the Corporate Compliance program and EEO initiatives.
• Oversee international immigration compliance and follow established regulatory protocols.
• Lead employee education and training on regulations and compliance requirements.
• Provide counsel on regulatory matters while maintaining professional and confidential HR support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably HR, plus 7–10 years of benefits administration and/or HR experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling sensitive and confidential situations.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable vehicles and an acceptable driving record under DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience with self-funded insurance administration.
• Ability to consistently present a professional and positive image.
