Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; frequent travel across Southern Vietnam is required.

What you will do
- Develop and manage the transportation safety and building window film business across South Vietnam.
- Create and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve targets.
- Track road and infrastructure projects and work with stakeholders and design consultants to specify products at early project stages.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, government authorities, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop new business segments, drive new product launches, organize awareness programs and demonstrations, and execute marketing initiatives.
- Manage forecasts, payment collection, compliance requirements, customer complaints, training, and competitive market monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fluent Vietnamese and English, written and spoken.
- At least 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in project-based business.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills.
- Experience with infrastructure, construction, traffic safety, government-related projects, contractors, consultants, project owners, or government authorities is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Southern Vietnam; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while SFDC and SAP experience is a plus.
