What you will do

• Lead store operations, management, and associate teams while building a collaborative, accountable, and hospitality-focused culture.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain team members while ensuring strong guest service and store presentation.
• Manage sales growth, labor, inventory, operating costs, revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Oversee food-service preparation, freshness, merchandising, product mix, and guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and sanitation standards, OSHA requirements, audits, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead safety training, emergency preparedness, facility inspections, maintenance coordination, and community engagement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience; full-store or multi-department leadership is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, operations management, financial performance, data interpretation, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, motivation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, merchandising, guest service standards, POS systems, reporting tools, and standard office software.
• ServSafe or another approved food safety certification is required within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• High school diploma or equivalent, flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing throughout shifts.
