Summer 2027 Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at 626 Washington Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

What you will do

• Support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Assist with campus recruiting, employer branding, and recruiting events.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruiting projects, reporting, and talent pipeline development.
• Complete project assignments and participate in intern training, networking, and professional development activities.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and risk-management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor's program.
• Preferred areas of study include Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
