Working Student—Talent Acquisition (all genders)

Location: Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work; office located in the heart of the city.

What you will do

• Support talent acquisition and recruiting activities.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
• Coordinate communication with candidates, coworkers, and stakeholders.
• Handle organizational and administrative tasks with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Work independently while contributing creatively and collaboratively to the team.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level and fluent Hungarian are required.
• University degree in progress.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, ideally 30 hours.
• A minimum one-year commitment is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in human resources, recruiting, marketing, employer branding, or administration.
• Passion for talent acquisition and creating positive candidate experiences.
