Campus Recruitment Specialist (Quantitative Trading)

Location: London, Paris, or New York. Travel for campus recruitment events is required.

Salary: Minimum base salary of $100,000 annually when located in New York. Discretionary bonuses and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Contribute to early-career investment and campus recruitment strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and plan and execute on-campus recruitment events.
• Partner with researchers and traders to develop candidate pipelines and move candidates through interview cycles.
• Screen junior investment candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and provide recruitment reporting to business stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and accurate recruitment data while monitoring industry and talent trends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of campus recruiting experience, preferably in quantitative trading, technology, or financial services.
• Experience managing relationships with universities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguous problems.
• Willingness to travel for campus recruitment events.

Nice to have

• Fluency in written and spoken French.
