Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and implementations, from sourcing and screening through offers and closing.
• Build candidate pipelines through cold outreach, referrals, events, and campus recruiting.
• Partner with hiring managers to define exceptional candidate profiles for each role.
• Track recruiting pipeline metrics and report on performance.
• Protect candidate experience through fast interview loops, honest communication, and clean closes.
• Master and improve existing interview loops, rubrics, and recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Clear communication and strong writing skills for job descriptions, reports, debriefs, offer letters, and internal documentation.
• Genuine interest in understanding, persuading, and advocating for people.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-throughput work, with measurable output.
• Evidence of learning difficult subjects quickly and achieving strong results.
• Track record of top-tier performance, such as early promotion, high rankings, leadership, or founding a business.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
