What you will do

• Identify, document, and communicate release management capabilities that reduce solution delivery risk.
• Support delivery teams in planning solution releases using approved tools, processes, and procedures.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support release management tools.
• Coordinate vendor management activities for release management platforms.
• Evaluate process improvement opportunities using end-to-end measures and metrics.
• Provide training support for release management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience with release management processes and execution.
• Experience supporting release management tools such as Plutora, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of process management, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating new technologies.
• DevOps experience.
