What you will do

• Partner with the business to deliver products aligned with customer commitments.
• Plan release dates with stakeholders, evaluate dependencies, and schedule product delivery.
• Coordinate risk mitigation and escalations related to delivery issues and risks.
• Communicate release status to management and facilitate off-hour implementations with geographically diverse participants.
• Manage change tickets, approvals, emergency change requests, and release-level documentation.
• Conduct post-release lessons learned and produce monthly release activity scorecards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills for facilitating meetings and implementations.
• Ability to resolve constraints and manage communication with senior management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow standardized processes.
