What you will do

• Evaluate and approve deployments for defined Operational Design Domains (ODDs).
• Manage the end-to-end release process for recurring software updates, including QA and validation gates.
• Support the commissioning and bringup process for new autonomous vehicles.
• Define and maintain configuration documentation for all vehicle types and firmware versions.
• Lead the change management board to review and approve modifications to system configurations.
• Ensure fleet readiness and zero-downtime software updates while maintaining reversion protocols.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, or Aerospace.
• Extensive experience in developing and managing safety-critical autonomous deployments.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and articulate technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, Frankfurt, London, Poland, Toronto, or Vancouver.

Nice to have

• MS in a related technical discipline.
• Experience fostering a safety culture in robotics or aviation environments.
• Familiarity with airside driving environments at major global airports.
• Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UL 4600, or IEC 61508.
