Alternative Delivery Manager, Shore Approaches

Location: Houston, TX, United States; travel may exceed 50% depending on assignment and project requirements.

What you will do

• Provide direction and management across all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects.
• Support business development, teaming, pursuits, and proposals.
• Manage active contracts and design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead design-build pursuits and project delivery in collaboration with internal teams, clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and external partners.
• Develop win strategies, pricing, schedules, and project controls.
• Make informed decisions while managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, plus 10+ years of construction management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 5 years of trenchless design or construction experience.
• Marine or trenchless construction experience, including HDD, Direct Pipe, or microtunneling.
• Experience with alternative delivery projects such as design-build and EPC.
• Experience in key project leadership roles and client management across pursuits and project delivery.
• Technical writing skills, knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and project controls software, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• WCDA or DBIA certification.
• Experience with evolving construction technology.
