Project Delivery Manager (Electrical Construction)

Salary: $112,640–$163,840 annually

What you will do

• Oversee the preparation and transition of awarded projects from business development to project execution teams.
• Lead Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while developing high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate project delivery with Virtual Design in Construction, Advanced Construction Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations, and production teams.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, methodologies, and best practices for complex projects.
• Support client and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on project goals, schedules, specifications, and deliverables.
• Monitor departmental profitability, budgets, resource allocation, cost management, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in electrical contracting or construction, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, manufacturing processes, and workforce coordination.
• Experience driving financial and operational accountability, organizational growth, change, and execution of business plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, collaboration, and team-development skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, industry regulations, and project management software.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications in electrical work or safety management.
