Project Delivery Manager (Electrical Construction)

Salary: $112,640–$163,840 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the preparation and transition of awarded projects to execution teams.
• Lead Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while developing high-performing teams.
• Create project delivery strategies, schedules, methodologies, and best practices for complex projects.
• Coordinate with Virtual Design in Construction, Advanced Construction Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations, and Business Development.
• Support client communication and alignment on project goals, schedules, and deliverables.
• Monitor department profitability, budgets, resource allocation, cost management, and operational results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in electrical contracting or construction, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials management, electrical systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
• Experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, operational effectiveness, financial accountability, and organizational change.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, collaboration, and team development skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools, with demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in electrical work or safety management.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
