Location: Baltimore, MD, United States; travel may exceed 50% depending on assignment and project requirements.

Salary: $147,000–$203,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Provide direction and management across all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects focused on small modular nuclear reactor power.
  • Support business development, relationship building, teaming, pursuits, and proposals with clients, owners, developers, contractors, and engineers.
  • Drive decision-making and progress across internal stakeholders, external partners, and client teams.
  • Receive and review RFPs, review estimates, develop commercial materials, and ensure proposal quality and compliance.
  • Manage contract and design activities throughout project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance while maintaining client relationships and meeting project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, plus 10+ years of project management or construction management experience, or an equivalent combination.
  • Proposal, estimating, design, or construction experience involving nuclear projects, with an understanding of nuclear regulations.
  • Contractor experience and experience with alternative delivery methods such as design-build and EPC.
  • Experience in project leadership, client management, win strategies, pricing, scheduling, technical writing, and project controls.
  • Understanding of scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • DBIA certification.
