Alternative Delivery Manager, Shore Approaches

Location: Boston, MA, United States; travel may exceed 50% depending on assignment and project requirements.

Salary: $154,000–$212,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Direct and manage all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects.
• Support business development, teaming, pursuits, proposals, contract management, and design management.
• Lead international shore-approach work involving marine and trenchless construction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership and project management guidance for design-build pursuits and project delivery.
• Develop win strategies, pricing, schedules, and project controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, plus 10+ years of construction management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trenchless design or construction.
• Experience with marine or trenchless construction, including HDD, Direct Pipe, or microtunneling.
• Experience with alternative delivery projects such as design-build and EPC, including key project leadership responsibilities.
• Client management experience across project pursuits and delivery, plus technical writing experience.
• Understanding of scheduling, estimating, and project controls software; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Nice to have

• WCDA or DBIA certification.
