Associate Account Manager (Waste Services)

Location: Remote within the United States; role associated with Phoenix, Arizona

What you will do

• Maintain and retain existing commercial and industrial waste-service customers through daily proactive outreach.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, cancellation requests, pricing communications, and customer relationship activities.
• Recommend additional services and sell the full suite of products to increase customer penetration.
• Perform contract renewals and support customer profitability.
• Use Salesforce to document calls, meetings, proposals, customer emails, credits, and rate restrictions.
• Review retention activity, progress, and key customer relationships with the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of customer retention, sales, and account relationship management.
• Ability to learn service offerings, pricing structures, and contractual processes.
