What you will do

• Develop market segmentation and target-market strategies for adhesive and tape-related products.
• Identify customer needs and tailor marketing approaches for leading key accounts.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns and support business development activities.
• Analyze market challenges, product applications, and changing market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by following policies, identifying hazards, and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience in marketing strategy, market segmentation, and target-market identification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze market challenges, develop innovative solutions, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Experience working with key accounts is preferred.
