What you will do

• Architect and execute a bold Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to propel robotics technologies into real-world applications like drones and humanoids.
• Accelerate high-value design wins by identifying and converting strategic opportunities into long-term revenue.
• Build and activate a dynamic network of startups, innovators, module vendors, and regulators.
• Collaborate with business development and system engineering teams to turn market insights into the product roadmap.
• Lead the integrated Marcom strategy to maximize visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in the robotics ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product, solution, or industry marketing for engineering-focused companies.
• Deep experience in robotics, intelligent systems, and the China technology ecosystem.
• Strategic mindset combining technical expertise, marketing savvy, and business insight.
• Proven ability to build and leverage technical labs to support sales and ecosystem engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
