Appraisal Coordinator

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada; onsite in a typical business office environment

Salary: CAD 27.63–34.54 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for paid physical appraisal and desktop valuation requests.
• Discuss appraisal services with customers and recommend the appropriate option for their requirements.
• Review customer asset lists, estimate service costs, and provide guidance on engagement letters.
• Review appraisal data for completeness, consistency, and compliance with equipment standards and taxonomy.
• Coordinate appraisal requests, pricing, deadlines, and updates with regional personnel and sales teams.
• Support deal-related appraisal imports and exports and resolve customer or internal issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience, ideally in sales or remarketing.
• Experience related to construction, agriculture, or transportation is preferred.
• Ability to work in a business office environment.
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
