Dallas - Labor Associate

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid. Regular business travel may be required.

What you will do

• Handle unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.
• Represent management in NLRB elections and advise employers on union organizing, corporate campaigns, card check, and neutrality agreements.
• Negotiate and advise on collective bargaining agreements.
• Handle grievance and arbitration proceedings and obtain mass picketing injunctions.
• Advise management on protected concerted activity, union work stoppages, and other National Labor Relations Act matters.
• Conduct management training and support clients on California workplace laws and other assignments as needed.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3+ years of traditional labor law experience involving labor relations.
• TX Bar admission.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, project management, written communication, and oral communication skills.
