Employment Litigation Associate (Labor & Employment)

What you will do

• Represent local and national employers in labor and employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Handle discovery-related activities, investigations, and court conferences.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Maintain extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be licensed to practice law and remain in good standing in South Carolina.
• Preferred: 4+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to build confidence with sophisticated business clients.
