Employment Counsel (Labor & Employment)

Location: Denver, Colorado

Salary: $220,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle day-to-day case management and develop litigation strategy.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, legal research, and motion practice.
• Draft substantive motions and other legal documents.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Support trial preparation while collaborating with shareholders, counsel, and clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active Colorado law license in good standing is required and must be maintained throughout employment.
• 7+ years of employment litigation defense experience preferred.
• Experience handling civil litigation from inception through resolution.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
